You've just signed up on Picmaker and suddenly you realize that you need a subscription receipt for your documentation purposes.
How do you get it?
In this FAQ, we will go through the detailed process of downloading your receipt in a few simple clicks.
Step 1: Log in to your Picmaker account.
Step 2: On your Dashboard, go to the top-right and click on the 'Settings.' Refer to the below image.
Step 3: You will notice 'My Plan' below the the 'Account Settings' option. Click on 'My Plan' to open your account details.
Step 4: Refer to the below image to see your billing details. You will notice your credit card options. Now, click on 'Generate' next to the invoice details.
Step 5: You will see your invoice details and the history of all your transactions in Picmaker.
Step 6: Click on 'download' to download a PDF copy of your receipt.
Here's how your PDF receipt will look when you have finished downloading it to your local computer.
Now, what if you would like to have your receipt in a different email id and address?
You can get the receipt in any name and address that you wish for. Change your company name, address, name, email id, etc., and download them on the fly.
That's it! You've got a copy of your receipt.
