This is one of those FAQs that we hate to write.
As much as we want to avoid writing this one, we have no choice but to create it for some of our users who might want to unsubscribe.
But, we're quite convinced that 99.99% of you will not want to unsubscribe.
So, here we go.
Step 1: Log in to your Picmaker account and go to your dashboard.
Step 2: On your dashboard, click on Settings at the far right corner of your screen, and click on 'My Plan.'
Step 3: Now, under the 'Subscription' tab, click on 'Cancel subscription.'
Step 4: Now, you will see a pop-up that tells you all the awesome features you will miss out on (based on your plan). Click on 'Cancel' if you still wish to cancel your subscription.
If you do not wish to cancel, click on 'Continue on <your plan>' to continue with your existing plan. Or, close out the pop-up to stay with your plan.
If you chose to cancel your subscription, you will receive a confirmation mail in your email id that you've used to sign up on Picmaker. Here's how it'd look:
Here are a few questions that you might have.
What will happen to my designs after I cancel my subscription?
Nothing. Your designs will remain as it is and you can continue using them.
I am on a paid plan (Starter, Pro, Enterprise). What will happen if I cancel my subscription?
If you're on any of our paid plans, and you chose to cancel your subscription, you will be relegated to our free plan. So, you can continue using Picmaker for your design. However, you will lose access to a paid features such as 'Stickerify,' 'Resizing designs in one click,' and more.
A final note:
We hate to see you unsubscribe, although we understand that sometimes you might have to do so because of various reasons.

Or, write to us at yo@picmaker.com, and we will look prioritize your query. We will try our best to resolve it and ensure you have a smooth experience.
