Picmaker

Currently, you can connect your Facebook page and your Twitter account with Picmaker. Just make sure that you have admin access to the Facebook page you want to connect to. Picmaker will soon offer integrations with other major social networks such as Instagram, LinkedIn and Pinterest.  

We’d also like to clarify that publishing is not available for Facebook Stories due to API limitations.
