Design templates are a great way for designers to communicate their ideas to one another so that they can work together on a project.

Step 1: Sign in to Picmaker

Step 2: Choose a design category. You can do this by using the search bar to find what you're looking for.

Step 3: Choose a template that matches your design need and your brand style.

Step 4: Next up, customise the template. Customising templates is easy and fast. You only need to select the elements that you want to change and then put your own text in.

Step 5: You can collaborate with your teammates to create better designs by sharing their work in progress with others to get feedback, ask questions, and provide feedback on designs created by others.

Step 6: With Picmaker, you have an extra option to Use As Template, which means the person will receive a copy of your template while the original remains with you.

And voila! The design will be shared as a template and you can copy the link and send it to people both inside and outside of your team.

Collaborating will help to maintain consistency in the design and make it easier for team members to contribute.

This is especially important when working remotely or with different members of the team that do not have frequent contact.
