If you're a Picmaker user, you would have certainly noticed our vast library of images. Okay, just in case you haven't, here's a fact that you might want to know:
Picmaker gives you access to 100 million images.
Yes, you read that right!
We provide our users 100 million pictures. That is, 100 million ways to create awesome designs! π
Now, let us understand for a moment how picture credits work in Picmaker across different plans, i.e., Free, Starter, Pro, and Enterprise.
But, how do we know which images are free to use and which ones are paid?
Okay, now that we have figured it, let us now get back to image credits. Here is how image credits work in Picmaker.
1. Image credits for Free plan users
Our free users have access to 100 million pictures all the time. However, they do not have any image credits associated with their account.
What does that mean?
That means free users can use our vast library of free pictures. In case they wish to use our paid images, they can do so by paying the applicable image fees.
2. Image credits for Starter plan users
Users in our Starter plans have 20 free image credits.
What does that mean?
That means a Starter plan user can use our free images based on their needs. Besides, in any given month, a user on a Starter plan can use 20 paid images free of cost in their designs.
Or, they could use the same image 20 times in their designs.
So, each time, a user in the Starter plan uses a paid image, one credit will be deducted from their 20 image credits for a month.
If they exhaust the 20 image credits for a given month, and they'd still like to use more images, they may pay for these images and use them.
Image credits for every month will be renewed at the time of the monthly billing cycle.
3. Image credits for Pro plan users
Users in our Pro plans have 50 image credits
What does that mean?
It means a user in our Pro plan can use as many free images as they like. Besides, in any given month, a Pro plan user can use 50 paid images free of cost in their designs.
Or, they may use the same image 50 times in their designs.
If they exhaust their monthly credits of 50 paid images, and they'd still like to use more images, they may pay for it.
Similar to the Starter plan, image credits for every month will be renewed at the time of the monthly billing cycle.
4. Image credits for Enterprise users
For enterprise users, image credits are customized to their needs. This is because enterprises may need more images than what we offer on a Starter or Pro plan.
5. Do stock image credits roll over or do they just expire at the end of the month?
Any credits that you've left unused for a month will not be rolled over to the next month. Your image credits will refresh each month.
If you feel like the current image credits might not be enough, we would suggest you to go for a higher-tier plan. If your credits are over, you will need to pay for each premium image you download with your design.
